How to use the application?

To use the application, you must have the device's original application installed and configured on your cell phone.

After making sure you already have the native app for your TV, download the app Google Home.

Then configure the application by following the steps described below:

  1. Open the app;
  2. Click the + icon to add a new device;
  3. Tap on configure device;
  4. Choose the “Compatible with Google” option on the next screen;
  5. Tap the magnifying glass and enter the name of the supported native device, for example, LG ThinQ.
  6. Search for the service that matches yours and click;
  7. Link accounts and authorize Google.

From this configuration, the application will appear in the Google Home list, so you can use it to control your TV.
