How does it work?

THE Inclusion Aid for People with Disabilities is a service paid for by the National Social Security Institute. 

In this case, people with disabilities included in the BPC are entitled to a financial resource to supplement their salary.

In other words, in addition to receiving the salary, the employee will also receive the inclusion allowance. However, the salary must respect the maximum ceiling stipulated by the INSS.

The beneficiary may return to receiving BPC if he becomes unemployed or is unable to adapt to his new role.

The main target audience to receive this aid is the beneficiary or former beneficiary of BPC (Continuous Benefit Payment). 

However, in addition to this, it needs to meet a few more requirements. 

For example, the applicant's BPC must be active, have been suspended or terminated in the last five years prior to the start of the paid activity. 

Or, the applicant must have been suspended from entering the job market. 

In order to meet some of these requirements, it is also necessary for the person working to have a salary of no more than two minimum wages.

What is the value of the benefit?

The Inclusion Aid offers a financial transfer of half the minimum wage to the beneficiary. 

Considering the salary in force in our country until September of this year, the benefit is R$660.00. 

Required documentation

To apply for the benefit, mandatory documentation is required, which includes: 

  • CPF;
  • Benefit number;
  • Cadunico updated.

If the applicant is the attorney or legal representative, it will be necessary to present the ID, CPF and the legal representation term.

Furthermore, it is also essential to present the Public Power of Attorney and Term of Responsibility or private.

How to apply for the Inclusion Aid for People with Disabilities?

Applying for the benefit is very simple. The process can be carried out online. 

First, go to the website My INSS. Then, click on the “New Request > Inclusion Aid” button.

When a list of benefits appears, you must click on the name of the benefit and proceed with the request. 

If the system is unavailable, you must call 135 and request assistance. 

After the request, the approval time can take up to 30 business days.
