Poses: Here the user has access to a list of poses with titles and detailed descriptions. The list presents a total of 111 poses. When selecting one of them, a video is downloaded and then played. This video presents a performance that simulates the desired pose.

Classes: Displays a list of classes. When selecting a class, the user must choose the difficulty level. Next to each level, there is a description that helps the user select the appropriate difficulty.
