Nike Training: what features are available in the app?

Below are some of the resources available at NTC:

  • It is possible to select which training equipment the user has available. This way, the designed training becomes even more accessible.
  • In addition to training plans, a list of foods that specifically suit the user's goals is provided.
  • Enabling social interaction, the tool “Feed” allows the user to share their training results with other users of the application.

Nike Training: how to use this app?

After downloading the app (available in the store for devices with Android and iOS operating systems), the user must log in using an account. To create a new account in the app, you must provide your email address, first name, last name, date of birth and the location where you are logged in.

To read the privacy policy and terms of use, simply click on the black button in the lower center, which says: Join us. This is also the button that must be selected after filling in all the information and agreeing to the app's terms.

To formulate a suitable workout, the application will ask about:

  1. The gender of the user.
  2. Average weekly training.

On the main page, the user has access to the main suggestions that fit their profile, a list of workouts recently added to the application and a list of workout collections.

In addition to this section described, entitled For You, the application is divided into three more sections at the top of the screen:

Search: In this section you can find workouts divided into the following categories: Muscle, focus, equipment, short workouts, workouts for athletes, all workouts.

When selecting the category, the user can also use a new filter by: duration, equipment, level, type, intensity, etc.

Collections: Workouts grouped together for specific purposes, such as: Essential flows for everyday yoga; Dynamic push-ups for athletes; ideal for abs, arms and glutes, etc.

Plan: This tab presents a list of training plans. The user must select a plan that is aligned with their purpose: For beginners, For weight loss, Body mass, Strong in the gym, etc.
